The Mansehra 765KV Substation Project is located in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. It is Pakistan’s first ultra-high voltage substation with the highest voltage level (765KV), undertaken by SEPCO1 under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) general contracting model, scheduled for completion and commissioning by the end of August 2026.
As a core project of Pakistan’s national grid upgrading, the substation connects the Dasu Hydropower Station with the Islamabad West Grid, transmitting 2,160MW of clean hydropower annually.
