Check the indicator surfaces of the diesel generator according to the rules and pay attention to the pressure of the lubricating oil and whether the water temperature has changed. The pressure of lubricating oil shall not be lower than 150kPa, and the temperature of cooling water shall not be higher than 95 ℃. Check the oil level in the crankcase, fuel tank, and radiator of the diesel generator. If it is lower than the normal position, compensation should be made.
Conduct a thorough investigation to ensure that all surfaces and alarm indicator lights of the diesel generator distribution panel are functioning properly. If the red light is on, it indicates a fault, and the green light indicates normal operation. Check if the charger is charging properly.
Listen to the dynamic operation of each part of the unit, including the shell of the hand mold body, the shell of the bearing parts, the oil and water pipes, and feel if the temperature is normal. Pay attention to whether the diesel generator or electrical equipment has any peculiar smell such as burning. If any adverse situations are found, they should be dealt with immediately; Serious cases should be stopped for processing. When a fault occurs and the machine stops, the fault must be eliminated, and then the diesel generator can resume operation by pressing the repeated manual switch on the diesel generator.
